Tampa is a short bridge from where I grew up, and it is where a good share of my practice sits.
Telehealth, not an office
The bay area has a large veteran and first-responder population, and both bring a particular version of the same problem: a body that learned to stay ready and never got the memo that it can stand down.
We work with those learned reflexes rather than debating whether they make sense. They made sense. That is the point.
Everything happens by secure video. There is no office to sit in a waiting room at, which for a lot of people in a city this size is the deciding factor.
Hillsborough County and the wider bay area, including Brandon, Riverview, Temple Terrace and Westchase. There is no physical office in Tampa. Every session runs by secure video.
