Who I help
Who I help
This is a small, focused practice. I work with adults and families, ages 18 to 64, anywhere in Florida, entirely by secure video. That's the whole map. Within it there's a lot of room, and this page is here to help you work out whether you're inside it.
If you're still reading and wondering whether what you're dealing with is serious enough, or specific enough, or tidy enough to bring to therapy: it usually is. The free 15-minute consultation exists so you don't have to decide that alone.
Who the practice serves
Adults between 18 and 64. That covers someone living on their own for the first time, someone raising kids and holding down a demanding job, and someone watching their own parents age while their career winds toward its last chapter. The concerns look different at each stage, and the pages below take them one at a time.
Families, too, in the sense that when something hits a whole household, each adult in it can do their own work. How to involve more than one family member is something we talk through on the free consultation.
Location matters because of licensing. I'm licensed in Florida, so you need to be physically in Florida at the time of each session. Where in Florida doesn't matter. Pensacola, Tampa, Miami, a small town nobody outside the county has heard of: if you have a private space and a steady connection, we can meet.
What people usually bring
Trauma and PTSD are the primary focus: the aftermath of something that happened, whether it was one bad day or years of living on guard. Alongside that, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and stress and burnout. In real life these rarely arrive one at a time. Grief tangles with exhaustion. An old experience feeds a newer anxiety. You don't need to sort it into boxes before reaching out.
You also don't need to know exactly what's wrong. Sometimes all you can say is that something isn't right and hasn't been for a while. That's a fine place to start.
Who it may not be right for
Anyone who won't be physically in Florida at session time. That includes Florida residents traveling out of state on the day of a session. It's a legal requirement, not a preference, so I can't bend it.
Anyone who needs emergency or crisis care. A scheduled online practice isn't built for that. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). For emergencies, dial 911.
Anyone who needs their insurance to be billed. The practice is private pay only, at $225 per 90-minute session, booked one session at a time. If insurance billing is essential for you, a practice that works with your plan will be a better fit, and there's no shame in that.
And RRT isn't magic. It doesn't work for every person on every issue, and I'll tell you honestly if I don't think it's the right fit.
What you don't need before you reach out
You don't need a diagnosis, a referral, or a clear story. You don't need to have tried everything else first, or to have tried nothing. You don't need to be at a breaking point. If something has been weighing on you and you'd like it to weigh less, that's reason enough to ask whether this could help.
You also don't need to decide which page below describes you best. They overlap, because real lives do.

Rapid Resolution Therapy is a therapeutic approach, not a guarantee of specific results and not a substitute for medical care. Every person's experience is different and individual outcomes vary.
