Campus and student services are often built around short courses of care, with a limit on how many sessions you get. That structure works for a rough semester. It works less well for something that was already there before you arrived.
Sessions here run 90 minutes and are not part of a package you have to ration. RRT is built to do its work in a small number of long conversations rather than a fixed course of short ones.
