Telehealth, not an office
Waiting lists for trauma-focused clinicians in Miami-Dade are long, and the drive across the county for a 50-minute appointment costs more time than the appointment itself. Working by secure video removes both problems: you keep the hour, and you keep the parking spot.
Sessions run 90 minutes, which matters more than the location does. RRT is not a weekly check-in that ends mid-thought. It needs room in one sitting to work with how the mind is holding the experience.
Miami is also a city of arrivals. A lot of what people bring me here started somewhere else, sometimes in another country, sometimes decades ago. You will not be asked to narrate any of it in detail.
Available anywhere in Miami-Dade (Brickell, Coral Gables, Kendall, Hialeah, Homestead) as long as you are physically in Florida at session time. There is no physical office in Miami. Every session runs by secure video.
