How RRT works
A different way to work.
Rapid Resolution Therapy is a focused, conversational approach that works with how the mind is holding a painful experience. It does not rehearse the story again. It shifts the reflexive charge underneath it.
-
A free 15-minute call
We start with a short conversation. No intake paperwork. You tell me a little about what's going on, I answer your questions, and we see whether this is the right fit.
-
A focused 90-minute session
The work happens in a single 90-minute session, entirely online from wherever you're comfortable in Florida. It's conversational, direct, and often lighter than people expect.
-
You stay in the driver's seat
You won't be asked to relive the details or cry through your past. If something isn't working for you, we adjust in the room.
-
We look at what shifted
Toward the end, we notice together how a specific memory or feeling is sitting differently. Everyone's different, and we can keep working from there if it makes sense.
