From the coast of Pinellas County, a different way to work.

I grew up in the coastal communities of Pinellas County, Florida. The kind of place where you get to know your neighbours and you notice when someone's carrying more than they can hold. I watched good people lose their footing when life's storms hit: old trauma, the weight of anxiety, the sudden shatter of grief.

That's what pulled me into clinical social work. I earned my clinical degrees here in Florida, including an Advanced-Placement Master of Social Work from Saint Leo University, and got licensed as an LCSW in 2021. Working with clients stuck in heavy emotional cycles, I kept running into the same wall: traditional talk therapy often keeps people circling their past instead of getting somewhere new.

I wanted a different way to work. So I built this practice around trauma resolution and Rapid Resolution Therapy, the approaches that actually target the reflexive patterns underneath, not just the story on top. The work is profound. It's also, honestly, way too serious not to have some fun changing it.
