## What this looks like

You react before you've decided to.

## How Rapid Resolution Therapy approaches it

You do not have to retell it. Nothing about this work requires you to walk back through the worst day of your life for my benefit.

RRT works below the level of talk, with the part of the mind that is still holding the event. The aim is for the event to stop carrying a charge, instead of being endlessly revisited.
